New Prescription Protocol:
Starting October 28th, 2025, a $20 rush fee will apply to all prescriptions requested to be filled and picked up on the same day. In addition, a $20 fee will be charged for any written prescriptions that clients request to be sent directly to the pharmacy, provided the hospital is able to fulfill the prescription. These fees are being introduced to better manage the increased demand on our pharmacy services.

Dr. Cindy Chow’s current primary focus are small mammals, reptile, and birds and therefore is not accepting any new cat or dog patients.

Dr. Bhavesh Tailor, Dr. Nadine Meyer, and Dr. Hugh Upjohn are currently accepting new patients.
